Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are issued by Kids Unlimited and are effective from 1 May 2020 with the most recent update being 20 March 2022.
These terms and conditions apply to all interaction with Kids Unlimited via all our online channels, including but not limited to, our website (
www.kidsunlimited.co.nz). They include all interactions including purchases of product and participation in promotional activities. Please read these terms and conditions – consisting of our Payment Options, Pricing Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy & Returns Policy. Kids Unlimited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Kids Unlimited operates in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and thereby the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act.

Payment Options

Kids Unlimited currently offers the following payment options:

  • Credit Card via Paypal payment gateway
  • Credit Card via Stripe payment gateway
  • Online banking transfer directly to our bank account
  • Afterpay 

Your online purchases through Kids Unlimited are secure through SSL encryption.  

Pricing Policy

  • All prices listed on Kids Unlimited our website (www.kidsunlimited.co.nz) are in New Zealand dollars and are exclusive of GST as we are a non GST registered business. 
  • We reserve the right to alter our prices on any product, at any time, for any reason.  

Shipping Policy

  • Kids Unlimited currently ships throughout New Zealand.
  • We currently offer a $7.50 flat rate for shipping to all New Zealand street addresses, including rural delivery.
  • Orders over $150 automatically qualify for FREE shipping.
  • Kids Unlimited reserves the right to change these shipping rates at any time, for any reason.
  • We currently use Pass the Parcel as our courier service. Packages are sent using tracked non-signature courier service. If you require any special delivery instructions for example, where to leave your parcel, or if you require signature only delivery, please provide this information clearly in the comment section at checkout.
  • We endeavour to process and ship your orders as fast as possible. Please bear in mind that we are a small family business operating from a home office, which means that our average turnaround timeframe for processing orders is within 5 working days.

Faulty/Damaged Goods – Replacement & Refund Policy

We are confident that you will love the products that you purchase from Kids Unlimited. However, in the unlikely event that your product is faulty or damaged then we are happy to offer a replacement or refund.

  • You MUST email us at info@kidsunlimited.co.nz as soon as possible to discuss a faulty or damaged product. Please endeavour to record these issues by way of photos of the fault/ damage for evidence when contacting us.
  • We endeavour to process a replacement or refund within 5 working days from receipt of returned product.
  • We do not cover the cost of return shipping but will cover the cost of shipping of a replacement product.
  • Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds on products if you have simply changed your mind. 

Privacy Policy

Through the process of placing an order and purchasing a product from Kids Unlimited we collect certain personal information required to process your order. These include, but are not limited to, your name, physical address, email address, phone number and payment method / billing details. These details are stored safely and securely and used responsibly for the purpose of processing your online order only. Kids Unlimited guarantees that they will never sell your information to third parties.

In accordance to the Privacy Act, you have the right to review, edit or delete your personal information held by Kids Unlimited at any time.
